Goobe was formed by Ilksan Arslan to provide expertise in the envelope/façade and interior design sector of the construction industry, particularly in glazed facades, curtain wall, cladding stone and metal. This is described in more detail on the Services and Disciplines page.

The philosophy of the joined-up operational, commercial and technical approach is that these disciplines are so intrinsically linked that none of them should be developed in isolation of the others. The experience, knowledge and ability of Goobe deliver insight and foresight from hindsight.

Disciplines include façade engineering and design analysis as well as operational and commercial support in the procurement, design, manufacture, and installation of the façade and envelopes for new and existing (old and new) buildings. Goobe carries out the survey and evaluation of existing envelopes for due diligence, pre-purchase, condition, and dilapidations and provides expert witness services in all forms of litigation. We provide feasibility and development for the refurbishment of existing cladding and facades as well as recladding and over-cladding of existing buildings. Goobe also offers an approachable and friendly interior design service, with a wide range of packages to suit your needs - from initial concept packages to full interior design services including project management, delivery & specification.

Goobe is founded on over 15 years of experience as a specialist at the forefront of the envelope and façade industry and set up on experience which had that working in New York and Turkmenistan for 15 years for Bisam which is a leading facade company of Turkey.
